Embodied Movements,
Enlivened Lives

Holistic Programmes for Body-Mind Wellness

We bring together a science-backed, human-centred approach to fitness and therapy, helping individuals and groups discover the joy of moving, within themselves and within their lived communities. This is where movements become repair, mending our relationships with ourselves and others. Through a blend of mindful movement, connection practices and trauma-informed psychotherapy, our offerings aim to build self-awareness, self-efficacy and co-regulation in the groups we serve.

Si Qi is an excellent and knowledgeable facilitator. Above that, she is highly observant, sensitive, comforting and adaptive to each participants's individual needs. Her class is beginner friendly, and presented me with a safe environment to explore past memories and attach validation, affirmation and acceptance to them. Looking back, am grateful for my own unique journey, and thankful for Si Qi for making the revisit possible.
